Terms & Conditions
Full terms and conditions will be sent with the booking form but we would draw your attention to the following:
The Client shall take all reasonable and proper care of the property and its furniture, pictures, fittings and effects in or on the property and leave them in the same state of repair and in the same clean and tidy condition at the end of the rental period as at the beginning.
PLEASE NOTE: The Cottage has a very strict no smoking policy and should evidence or smell of smoke be found then the damage deposit may be retained to pay for additional cleaning.
Dogs should not be left unaccompanied in the Cottage.
Arrival/Departure. Check in time is 4pm. Check out time is 10am.
Occupancy – only those persons named on the booking form shall be allowed to occupy the cottage and under no circumstances may the maximum number of persons occupying the Cottage exceed that stated on the booking form.
The Client is legally bound to notify the owners of Callie’s Cottage of any breakages or damage to the property and reimburse them for replacement, repair or extra cleaning costs on demand.
The owners of Callie’s Cottage do not accept third party liability in respect of breach of contract, negligence, misrepresentation or otherwise.
