Callies Cottage

Callie's Cottage was built to a high specification in 2015 and comprises of:

Open plan sitting room/kitchen/diner

• The sitting/kitchen/dining area is light and airy and furnished with a seaside theme.
• The kitchen section has an electric oven and hob, microwave, slimline dishwasher, washing machine with drier and is fully equipped with everything you will need for your self-catering holiday.
• There is a sofa which converts to a bed on request, a wood burning stove, dining table to seat up to 6 guests, Smart TV, Netflix, DVD Player, Free WIFI and plenty of board games and DVD films for your entertainment.
• If requested a high chair and travel cot are available for the very young guest.

Bathroom

• Family bathroom with a bath with overhead shower and WC, wash hand basin.

Bedroom 1

• Double bed and great storage with 2 bed side tables and built in large wardrobe for all your things.

Bedroom 2

• Double sized bedroom with two single beds. Again great storage with 2 bed side tables and built in large wardrobe.

Sofa Bed

• The sofa can be converted into a double bed. Extra linen and towels can be provided for an extra cost.

Pet Guests

• Well behaved dogs are welcome and there is a small park nearby to help make their stay as pleasant as possible.

Parking

• Off road parking is available outside the cottage and there is also free street parking on Old Abbey Road.

To help make that perfect holiday included in the rental are:

• Central heating and electricity
• Bed linen and towels including tea towels
• Washing up liquid and soaps
• Dog bowls
• Kindling, matches and logs for the stove.
